The attacks that followed on Bali, Jakarta, Casa Blanca, Bombay, Mombassa, Najaf, Jerusalem, Riyadh, Baghdad and Istanbul were not dreams. They're part of the global campaign by terrorist networks to intimidate and demoralize those who oppose them.
