I can no longer do that, as much as I find it distasteful. The aggression and brutality are just too much. With the arms embargo, this is the first time I can think of in history that the great democracies of the West have denied the right of self-defense to the people upon whom aggression is being put. Therefore, I am going to support the resolution of the chairman of the Committee on International Relations from New York. But I would also say that I think that we are going to have to consider Croatian, and we are going to have to consider the fact that they are going to be next, if the Serbs are successful, as they are apparently going to be, in the wretchedness that they are vesting upon the Bosnians. So I would say to the chairman of the committee and the sponsor of the amendment that I would hope that in the future we can consider the fact that we are probably going to have to lift the arms on Croatia because they are probably going to be the next attacked.
