But this bill is designed to have an $86 billion impact in the American economy in the first year alone, and $150 billion over 10 years. So over half of the economic impact is up front, at the front end. Actually, over half of the total impact is in things that are intended to stimulate the economy, and the other part is to help people over the hump. So it gets money in people's pockets. It is going to help businesses to encourage them to invest in new equipment and create new jobs, grow new jobs, restore confidence in the American economy, and comes up with two very unique compromises I think with respect to health care and, of course, extending unemployment insurance. It is retroactive to anybody who has lost their job back to March. I remember just after the attacks in September, going back home to Albuquerque and talking to people there and I always ask now, I say, how are things going, how is business going? They were laying people off at the rental car companies. Tourism and travel has been really decimated by these attacks.
