“This morning, 79 students from Orangeburg Preparatory School in South Carolina's Second District are in the Capitol to learn about the legislative process and the history of the Nation's Capitol Building. Under the leadership of Head Master Kelly Mills, the students at Orangeburg Preparatory School excel both in and out of the classroom.
