Mr. Secretary, I agree very much with Ranking Member Virginia Foxx that we should be in-person. I think it's actually insulting that we're not in person for you to be able to speak to the American people, for us to be present with you to speak to the American people. We can always remember that the architect of Obamacare, Jonathan Gruber, said that it was built on the stupidity of the American people, and that means that we need to be open and transparent and somehow be working together in a bipartisan manner, but it can't be done with the level of isolation that I see here today.
