You can't negotiate with these dictators; these tyrants. You got to let them know that you are not going to go any further with them.

We are tired of it. And the President or whoever the next President is, needs to say very clearly we are not going to mess with you.

It is time, in fact, it is long past time to impose sanctions on the entities involved in these activities.
