I just want to say that the current events in the world are absolute proof to us that we must always maintain the very highest degree of technology and the very most effective forces for our armed services. Now is not the time to take a step back. Now is the time to take a step forward. The B-2 is in my opinion absolutely essential and in many ways enhances the fighting capability of our forces.
