Last week, I met with constituents across the Second Congressional District of South Carolina during the annual District Bus Tour, and without complaining, they urged: reduce spending, cut taxes, create jobs. House Republicans have introduced numerous jobs bills designed to encourage hiring and long-term economic growth. Now is the time for liberals and the President to change course. They own it.
