I do not disagree with my friend, the gentleman from Vermont (Mr. Sanders) on Gulf War syndrome. Also FEHBP, we need to work on that for our veterans, as well, next year. I would say that this has been crafted in a very narrow way. It is a good bill and I rise in support of it.
