There are lands, I would say to the gentleman from California, that I would love to work with the gentleman on, especially in our jewel State of California, that I think we can still say that cannot be used, that we would not be violating those private property rights. I think the chairman has done a good job in acquiescing to the point that we need to support the current systems that we have and maintain the operations.
