Reclaiming my time, I am a strong fiscal conservative. That is where the disagreement is. We feel that to fight this war and give it to the people that are very effective is the best that we can do, because it saves a lot of money in our own country and other countries fighting this. I think that is where the difference is, that we feel that there are people in Mexico and Colombia that are fighting this war effectively. If we accept the gentlewoman's amendment, then we lessen that war.
