“When there is a pressure put on the ranking member to force political gain on weapons of mass destruction, it is a sign of true leadership and bipartisanship to not do that and to work with the chairman to come about and perform a bill like this, and we should all be proud of that, the Members, and I want to personally thank the gentlewoman from California. The weapons of mass destruction, we cannot say too much about them, but the chairman and the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Harman) also made something in order that has not been done before, and that is for every single Member to be able to look at the information.
