I do not think everybody in China is evil, but I do think there are evil people in the government, and I think there are atrocities going on which the gentleman is trying to get to, all the way from Germany with the experiments that went on there to the even alleged nonprisoners being executed and killed for international marketing. Mr. Chairman, I rise in strong support of the gentleman's amendment, and I thank him for offering it.
