Exactly. And when we are trying to balance the budget, we can look forward that for all of those wastes, from the 12 to $16 million for only 10 percent of what we could have done for 100 percent, taxpayers have got to send their dollars to Washington, D.C., turn those around at a very low rate, we can totally eliminate it. And it is not a question of giving money back from taxes; it is having not to send it here in the first place to balance the budget.
