But I would say to my friends, the veterans have served this country, the United States of America, and all the citizens made a promise to keep health care. Subvention is a pilot program and a Band-Aid. TRICARE, FEHBP, we are all working on those in a bipartisan way. But that promise was made by all Americans, not just a few families.
