Reclaiming my short time, Mr. Chairman, what we are asking is that our police department be allowed to work with Border Patrol, be able to work with INS, be able to work with those agencies so when they go in and help, that they can work in interoperability to resolve the problem. When there is violation of the law, we got somebody there that can really take care of it, and I do not believe that is asking too much.
