Which is a trillion dollars over ten years. I mean, that is real money.
If we do not accede to this treaty, our major mining companies... will not drill, will not exploit.
The problem clearly came from loose credit policies that resulted in subprime mortgages and toxic securities.
Kudos to Ronald Reagan and the folks who negotiated this.
