I would just hope the industry could have some kind of a good housekeeping seal that was on every contract, that if something goes wrong there was someone to call, and if that seal is not there you should not move with them.

I certainly plan to oppose it, and I would encourage all of you to think.

I think we need to start here at home in making sure that we don't get ourselves into treaties that are going to subject us to this kind of--not just from one country, but any country in the world who wants to complain about our emissions…

Which is a trillion dollars over ten years. I mean, that is real money.
