It's good to see a little indignance here about a country arbitrarily slapping a tax on us and us trying to protect our own sovereign ability to make decisions.

Certainly, the Federal Government needs to be an example everywhere we can.

To paraphrase Ambassador Ryan Crocker, we need to be in the business of risk management, not risk avoidance.

We can hardly sit in judgment of your losing $2 billion. We lose twice that every day here in Washington and plan to continue to do that every day.
