If we wanted to look at who to blame as far as how we ended up with two great companies in bankruptcy, we certainly have to look at management, maybe we look at the government policies, high levels of taxation at Federal and State levels, regulations that we put on our companies.

I would just hope the industry could have some kind of a good housekeeping seal that was on every contract, that if something goes wrong there was someone to call, and if that seal is not there you should not move with them.
