When you talk to people who create jobs, they don't know what the Federal Reserve's going to do, they don't know what the politicians are going to do, they don't know what the regulators are going to do. That's no way to operate in a rule of law country.
Job creators are uncertain about Federal Reserve and political actions, affecting their operations.
