But you know, Martin Luther King said something about time when he wrote that letter from the Birmingham City Jail in 1963, just a few months before he made the ``I have a dream'' speech. He said time is neutral; time is never right and it is never wrong, time is only what we make it. And he went on to tell us in that letter that we are going to be made to repent in this generation not just for the vitriolic words and deeds of bad people, but for the appalling silence of good people.”
