I am also pleased that we will be able to hear from our colleagues, the distinguished House Majority Whip, Congressman James Clyburn, about his legislation, H.R. 301 which would designate 'Lift Every Voice and Sing' as our country's national hymn.
Clyburn's bill aims to designate a significant song as the national hymn.
