13 is a pretty good number. A baker’s dozen would be a good number to have on the Court.

I favor expanding the court by four justices to match the 13 appellate courts.

This is beyond politics. This is about the country, our pursuit of a more perfect union.

This spending bill is terrible, and I think the American people know that.
