I tell you, in Oklahoma, they know energy. I think one of the first wells ever drilled in the United States of America was over in Oklahoma. And another place they know a lot about energy is down on the Gulf Coast in my adopted State of Louisiana. The gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Graves) knows energy, and they have got a lot going on in The Pelican State. I yield to the gentleman from Louisiana.
