I thank the gentleman from Pennsylvania. He has been a leader in his short time in Congress as a freshman on energy issues because he gets what is going on in his home State. I keep returning to the State of Texas because Texas, they have been developing energy resources for a very, very long time. When you think about Texas and Oklahoma, that is where it began in this country, the immense resources they have. I yield to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Poe), one of my heroes and good friends who wants to talk about what is going on in his home State.
