I'm concerned that the U.S. Government is not prioritizing anti-corruption efforts in the Ukraine strongly enough.

According to a recent Forbes article, Ukraine could hold more than 40 trillion cubic feet of recoverable shell gas.

We're not forcing this technology on Ukraine, they have asked for it.

This would give diversification for the sovereign nation of Ukraine to possibly go after its own resources, be energy independent.
