For an additional amount for ``Corps of Engineers--Civil--Department of the Army--Investigations'', there is hereby appropriated, and the amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Departmental Administration'' is hereby reduced by, $2,500,000.
