Let's just be clear, America, what we're talking about and where we're talking about. This chart shows the Western Gap, the only area covered under the transboundary hydrocarbons agreement--the agreement negotiated by the Obama administration--to open up this area; 1.5 million acres in the Gulf of Mexico that's so far away from the shore of Florida that really makes this amendment not applicable. This is the area we're talking about, this 1.5 million acres that would produce American jobs and American energy resources.
