Thank you for the opportunity to share my views as a long-time outfitter in Southwest Colorado.

An unusual thing happened in our Forest Service district in 2004.

I feel that I speak not only for our company, but for small outfitters across the West.

I see red tape as the single biggest challenge in trying to clean the system up and making it more functional for everyone.
