People in rural America do not want electric vehicles because they don't fit their lifestyle.

when a State is allowed to usurp congressional intent for their own designs, all of the other States in our republic suffer.

it's discriminatory against rural and smaller States by allowing the State of California to basically set national policy.

This was not so much a rollback of regulations but an effort to maybe correct the course.
