Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 7, strike line 19 and all that follows through line 23 on page 8 and insert the following: ``No funds made available by this Act shall be used by the Legal Services Corporation.''.
