I feel CMS needs to fully solve the CMP and abuse reporting issues, first, before we go negatively labeling facilities online.

We will be watching some of the reforms and how they impact the nursing home facilities.

The issue as I see it isn't necessarily about vape or vaping products as much it is about how these devices are abused.

I think the message here today is stop putting THC products in legally purchased pods and stop buying black market pods.
