I think as a Nation we can be penny-wise and pound-foolish.

The money that we are talking about is coming from the American taxpayers and they expect us to be a little more frugal.

Congress doesn't have the money to fund it. The tree isn't out in the backyard.

I think Congress has a strong responsibility to the taxpayers to make sure that their money is spent appropriately.
