Active combat zones, Syria, Iraq, where ISIS battle in Afghanistan, Boko Haram is in Africa, Abu Sayyaf is in the Philippines, al-Qaeda is global, ISIS is now global. I am not talking about just people from Syria, of course you know that. I am talking about people that have nefarious aims on hurting Western democracies, specifically the United States of America and Americans.
