Ranking Member Pallone and his staff have been very good to work with the majority staff on this bill, and I thank them for that. Last year, when I was given the opportunity to chair the Energy, Climate, and Grid Security Subcommittee, Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers and I had a lot of talk about nuclear energy.
