The U.S. produced 12.16 million barrels per day of crude in April 2019. I was just out in North Dakota, in the Bakken. I am amazed at the production going on in that little corner of the world. I say ``little,'' but the Bakken is huge. It is a tremendous resource for the Nation.…”
