This is a good bill. This bill is going to lead to better medical equipment on airlines throughout this Nation. It is going to lead to better medical training for airline personnel. It is going to lead to the first ever Good Samaritan law in the skies so that passengers who have medical training can provide much-needed assistance during medical emergencies. When we add all of those things together, I think this is very important legislation. It is very good legislation. It is legislation that all Members of this Congress can point to with pride and support enthusiastically.
