I too stand in favor of the resolution for my friend Charlie Norwood. When I first started running in 2002, Charlie was one of the first guys to grab me by the hand, introduce me to people, and be my friend. I remember my first day in Congress Charlie coming up to me and said, ``Boy, you just hang with me, I will take good care of you.'' And he did. He always told me that the Augusta side of Georgia was mine and the North Augusta side of South Carolina was his; that no river or border could keep us apart. And it was true. And the things he did for me, the things he did for South Carolina, for Georgia, for this Nation will always be remembered. Charlie Norwood was a good friend of mine, and we will be sad and we will cry, but in heaven they are screaming, ``We love you, Charlie.'' God bless you.
