I want to close in saying I thank the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Wilson) for being the author of the resolution. There is no doubt that the South Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance Corporation has had a fantastic effect on every segment of South Carolina life. I urge my colleagues to support H. Res. 300. Madam Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mrs. Biggert). The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Barrett) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 300. The question was taken; and (two-thirds having voted in favor thereof) the rules were suspended and the resolution was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
