In North Carolina, they have a bad law. But what I can also tell you is this, Andrew Brown did something, to justify his shooting, then they would have gotten that approval from a judge last Wednesday night or Thursday morning. If they had attempted to hit them, shot at them, anything, which we know it didn`t happen, they would have gotten that approval early. This law makes absolutely no sense, whatsoever.
