Clearly, he's trying to reach to some demographics he's losing which I appreciate him as a Republican going to places that Republicans historically haven't looked for votes.

I think they are getting punished because people don't see any progress in Washington. I mean, the whole reason Donald Trump won against a very talented field of Republicans was this is a year of throw the bums out.
