I believe that if online gambling, if it is allowed by the Federal Government, you're basically putting a virtually floating casino over every State or in every pocket of every teenager or young person who wants to be able to access it.

If we have trouble protecting our children from cyberbullying and other Internet crimes-against-children cases, then how can we expect a State to protect our youth from the potential harm of putting an online casino in their pocket.
