Do you do any analysis of the correlation between the tuition charged to the servicemember and the full cost of instruction?

We stopped that. You could talk to almost any of our schools today, they are focused on retention.

It strikes me that the most reliable and independent advisor would be the educational advisor in the military.

In your conversations with military students, did you stress the fact that there were public programs available before any private loans that would be available to them?

I think that is something important.

I just have a problem of being honest with cold calls anyway.

You should, I think, consider that because I think that would draw attention to those institutions which are meeting and exceeding your expectations and those that aren't.

You're making a terrible mistake, and we are not going to support you in this?

We think that is important. I mean, we are a sector that believes everybody in higher education ought to be held to outcomes.
