In accordance with provisions of section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, bureau funded schools are local educational agencies. Thus they would qualify for funding under the basic State grant. Bureau funded schools will receive vocational education funding assistance from the within State allocation of funds and will qualify for such assistance in the same manner as would any other local education agency in the State.
