I merely repeated what Bill Ford said time and time again, when the gentleman from Wisconsin [Mr. Petri] would try to move direct lending. It was the gentleman from Wisconsin who was moving it, and Bill Ford would say over and other again that is a silly idea, that is a crazy idea, that cannot work, the Department is not capable of doing that. And, of course, I have just repeated what he said over and over again.
