I would point out, however, that bureau funded schools that have operated adult education programs would remain eligible to receive funding under section 103(c)(1) pertaining to the reserve of funds for Indian programs. The provision making bureau funded schools ineligible to receive section 103(c)(1) funding applies only to secondary school programs at such schools.
