I just wanted to point out to the minority whip that the recent problem with processing for free applications for student financial aid had nothing to do with the Congress of the United States. Simply, the Department did not print or distribute the applications in a timely manner, because they were sending all of their staff all over the place selling direct lending, rather than taking care of their business that they should have been.
