My fear is that, and I have many, many wonderful attorney friends but they are all very busy at the present time, my fear is that we are going to give them much more business than they can ever handle, and it may be a long, long time until we go through the court process to find out what is construed in violation of ERISA means, and that would be my major concern with the substitute.
