Well, I think it bears repeating. The administration in their statement we received tonight supports House passage of H.R. 1670 as reported by the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight, and I think the gentleman from Virginia indicated some of the reasons behind that, that determination, which were afforded to the Department of Defense.
